Rookie Legends Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at RookieLegends! We’re passionate about providing authentic, high-quality Pokémon cards and collectibles while maintaining full transparency and trust with our community.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and fulfilled. This policy protects the integrity and authenticity of sealed and graded items in the collector market.

Please review your order carefully before checking out. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to us — we’re always happy to help before you buy.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where an error occurs on our end, such as:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Receiving a damaged item (photo proof required)

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.


3. Non-Refundable Items

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for the limited cases outlined above. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Opened or tampered booster packs or boxes

  • Sealed items that have been opened

  • Customized or altered items

  • Products damaged after delivery


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
